What Sets Us Apart?

 

1. Dr. Linn is a Board Certified Orthodontist. Orthodontists are dentists that have completed 2-3 years of specialty training. Although dentists can legally perform orthodontics, they do not have an orthodontic degree.


2. Dr. Linn places the braces himself. Although assistants can be trained to do many procedures including placing braces, we believe the best outcome is achieved when a doctor takes the time to place the braces.


3. Our staff has well over 125 years of experience in orthodontics. Additionally, a majority of our team members have been with our practice for over a decade.


4. Everyone in our office has their own children. We understand a parent’s perspective on their child’s health care and know that all children are individuals.


5. We treat our patients like family and honor your trust in us to provide the best care possible.

7. We believe that sometimes less is more. We will only recommend necessary treatment and give you treatment options when possible. Treatment options will be thoroughly explained and all of your questions will be answered.

9. We only use bands (braces that encircle the tooth) when absolutely necessary. Avoiding bands means that the braces on the back teeth are smaller so there is less to clean around and are more comfortable. It also can save time since we don’t need a special appointment to place separators in preparation for fitting the bands.


10. We only use digital x-rays, which reduce radiation exposure.


11. We have three offices for your convenience, so we are always close by. We are happy to see you at whichever office is most convenient for you.
